AAAAAAAAAAAAH! So much hype already! When the next season is confirmed I feel excited although it might be a flop edition.

The voice in the advert counts from 1 to 18 and says "Be careful about what you wish". So it might mean that Mercedes will return? I just want her to come back, she is one of the main reasons why GH17 was so low at ratings, well and because of Jorge Javier and some stupid twists...

Or maybe one of the Pussycat Dolls is on the jury of the next season of the Voice <3 "Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it" <3 When i grow up I wanna be famous, I wanna be a star, I wanna be in movies, when I grow up, I wanna see the world, drive nice cars I wanna have groupies <3 :Ang

I'm glad GH will have a 18th season, even thought I don't really follow it anymore. If Mercedes comeback, why not try but I think now I will catch up the seasons like 8 months later (especially during summer vacations).

For GH18 they should try Anonymous vs. Former HMs. And cast vulgar people, controversial<3 I repeat it every year lol so I'm sorry, but plz just look for HMs like the GH11. Ok the society evolved, but there must be some that are the same or almost :) since everybody is unique.

(well and actually, reality shows evolved.... same as the target of viewers).  :'(

I don't feel the hype. I mean, Big brother as a format is awesome but after a few years of the fucking same stereotypes winning the show became more boring and easy to predict. The formula to win GH Spain:

- Be a female
- Get in a showmance
- Be young and cute. A bunch of dumb ugly bitches will support you. And trust me...their fanaticism reachs the point where they would mortgage their own house to save you, eliminate your enemies and make yourself the winner.

Produceers need to change the eviction voting system ASAP. IDK, maybe a free vote or a maximum of 10 votes per mobile but the actual formula isn't working. ¿Who wants to see a show for three months where you can EASILY predict who's gonna win and who's gonna make to the finals? At least not me and so do a lot of people. GHVIP5 was pathetic. Literally, EVERYONE knew that Daniela, Alyson and Elettra were the contenders before the show started. ¿And guess what? One won, the other was the runner up and the latter got 4th place. Yikes.

People were saying that Italian system voting is quite good, you can vote by Facebook or a similar app by free but limiting your ip with a maximum of X votes.

But you're totally right about the voting system. Only the crazy fans who steal their relative's money to vote rule every edition.

Sadly, the new generation of viewers is so... well we can't really judge them. We hated that the old generation judged us kkkk. (well we are the best generation, of course <3)

I can't stop but smile at your posts kkkk because in here it's been like 5 years it's like that :)  The winner is known during the launch show. And most of the time, it's a young girl, and have a "boyfriend" or a stupid romance story.

I miss the times where it was free style (at least more than now). When the production shows a storyline but just adapt it to the spontaneity of the contestants. And not the contestants who create the storyline or the production that pushes or influences them to have a specific  one.

But who cares who wins now. Even if it's very frustrating, what counts now is what we have from week 1 to the week before the final and if it's at least something entertaining.  But I don't feel the hype either, especially GH, just to know Jorge Javier is hosting is a reason not to put T5 on Thursdays.

it would be great if it would mean that the housemates actually have a chance to revolt against BB himself (such as in celebrity hijack), however I think this will not happen though.

There is a new promo of GH18 and they show the house although it is not finished.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxbMHWAYEEc

I really love it!! Too much hype for me, because this edition everything it's unknown, we don't know a clue for any housemate, or the house (apart from the advert) or launch date...

GH18 aka GHRevolution will start next Tuesday 19th September. But there's so much confusion about it, it's supposed to be an ordinary launch but people are speculating that it might be final casting process or maybe the first part of the launch and the other one on Thursday....

I feel they will cut the live feeds because they said most of this'season will be on Divinity. Maybe
they will do live feed hours like in El Reencuentro, and sop the mitele platform. :(

If they did that, GH would be dead for sure. It's impossible not to relate GH with live feeds.

Well it seems that on Monday, there will be something like an introduction at 22:00h, maybe it will be a press conference. Some say that the public will have the power to choose the final candidates and for this reason maybe there are 2 launch dates. We will have to wait to figure it out.

GH Spain and it's messy shitty twists. And Mermelada is back hosting, ugh... as if. Bye Felicia!

I don't have classes on Tuesdays this semester, but I'll need a link so I can see it LIVE from the US with no major complications.
:) Live happy every day!!! <3

Today in the news of Cuatro, it has been revealed that there are 100 people already in the house, because in a new advert it states "What if Gh has already started?".

And this is the first picture of the house. I hope it is the corridor that links the outside world with the house like in previous editions or like in Grande Fratello ;D

LOL it's so weird. I hope it won't become a speed dating show to be honest! And, tonight starts the revolution, with a pre launch I think. The revolution is coming.

Jorge Javier, the host, has confirmed that all the 100 people are housemates and Thursdays will be the weekly Gala, so I guess after tomorrow launch, next Thursday will be the first nominations round and next week the first eviction.

Last night we could know that on Sunday, 100 housemates entered the house. There are 52 males and 48 females with an age range from 18 to 60 y.o

All of them are aspirants to become a full housemate and only 17 (according to Granhermano.com) will become a housemate. 15 housemates will be choosen by GH. One will be choosen by the housemates and another one will be choosen by the public.

There are a mother and son who don't speak each other and his ex-girlfriend entered with her ex-mother-in-law, so his mother and his ex-girlfriend entered together and they are friends. There are also two couple who were dating some months ago and they are not together anymore.

More info will be known tonight with the official launch.

Here you can check each housemate profile:
