I will admit that the DRs on Channel 9 are always a rip-off, but I very much prefer their houses, like, I loooooove the bedroom and the garden, I think I will like the living room once I get used to it. Not liking how the second floor and the Jacuzzi in the garden, seems cheap, but the rest looks awesome!

I kinda loved the launch. And the twist, that was advertised as major. Not that big though, but still interesting to see what will follow.

Spoiler for Hiden:
The big twist being, that the HMs will compete in pairs. And the 1st HM was automatically given the status of HoH. Also, the pair she chose was given the same power. Also, every other HM got to choose their partner from a choice of 2 persons. One of which BB had deemed as compatible to the one that made the choice and the other not so much.

A link to watch the episodes live as they are shown in Australia. Tomorrow there is really a live show, that airs the same time the launch did.

So here are the housemates and the recap.

Big Brother selected Priya (27, Adelaide) to enter the house first and to be the first head of household. She was told to pick a partner, one that would be a good match according to psychological testing and one that would be a bad match. She was then given two options to be her partner, Katie (25, Sydney) or Jake (25, Brisbane). She chose Katie. After they had entered, Sonia revealed to the audience that the psychological tests showed that Katie and Priya are a bad match.

Then it was Jake's turn to be introduced and he was also given two options. He chose to be partnered with Gemma (29, Perth) over David (31, Sydney). After they had entered, Sonia again revealed that their psychological tests showed they were a bad match.

David was the fifth housemate to be introduced and he chose Sandra (30, Wagga Wagga) over Dion (24, Brisbane). Sonia revealed to the audience that the analysis shows that David and Sandra are a good match. ;D

Dion was the seventh housemate to be introduced, and again was given two options to be his partner. He chooses Jason (26, Canberra) to be his partner over Skye (20, Gold Coast). Big Brother's analysis show that they are a good match.

Skye is housemate number 9. Her options are Lisa (29, Sydney) and Travis (24, Melbourne). She selects Lisa and after they enter Sonia reveals to the audience that they are a bad match.

Travis is then introduced to the stage and his partner is automatically Ryan (26, Sydney). Big Brother's analysis shows that they are a good match.

After all of the others had entered, Priya and Katie were given their first power decision. They had to choose one pair to be isolated from the rest of the house for the first night (just like with the most recent BBUK). Priya and Katie enter the house.

Big Brother gathered the housemates and told them the housemates will sleep in the same bed, will be rewarded and punished together and will nominate as one and will be nominated as one. Each week one pair will be the heads of the house. Big Brother revealed that Katie and Priya were the heads of the house and they then revealed that they chose Dion and Jason to go to the fish bowl.

Later in the power room, Katie and Priya sit with $20,000 and Big Brother tells them he has decided to give away some of the prize money early. Big Brother tells them that they can have $100 each, no questions asked, or can take $1,000 each and have the house have no food for three days. However if they choose to take $10,000 each, the housemates will have no food for a week, surviving only on meal replacement shakes. After they deliberate and discuss their decision for a short while (Katie says she will instantly be debt free and Priya says she'd put it towards a mortgage), Big Brother tells them that they can have 24 hours to decide what they will do.

Four more housemates will enter the house tonight. They are Aisha, Cat, Lawson and Sam. So far only the picture of Lawson, 'the magic man' from the promos, has been revealed.

Jake and Tim, last year's winner, are roommates.  ::)

One of the new housemates entering tonight is paralympian Sam Bramham. He's good friends with Boog from last year.

Sam will be a villain because he has a prosthetic leg and will join the blind-dwarf-wheelchair bitches that start as fan favourite

I still haven't seen one that came across as nice in Big Brother

I liked the females but not too much the males, although I like Dion, my eyes were crying at such beauty, and I was betrayed yesterday by Dean Ray so I'm sensible

WTF is on putting the bearded guy on every reality show

I'm don't like the pair idea but I don't think it will last all the game... I love Priya/Katie, I think they will make good TV especially Priya
