Lmao one of the worst winners. Benjamin was awful too.

He's definently WAY more entertaining than any of the HMs this season so far

I couldn't stand Tim way from the beginning and I stopped watching in week 3 so knowing that most people disliked him even more later I guess its fair to say that he was a controversial or at least not excatctly popular winner.

Not that bad no, 1m viewers is pretty good in Australia, they're not that far and still in the top 19 most nights. But it's less than the previous years yes.

As GEMMA & JAKE received the least votes from the public, the housemates had to save one of them

AISHA : Jake
CAT : Jake
DION : Jake
JASON : Jake
KATIE : Jake
LISA : Jake
PRIYA : Gemma
SAM : Jake
SANDRA : Jake

David, Lawson, Ryan, Skye, Travis : votes not revealed (?)

GEMMA is the first housemate evicted from Big Brother 11 Australia

Practically given up on this now and looking at those nominees explains why - from the show we're being allowed to see I've no idea why Dion or Cat would be nominated.

Scandal in the Big Brother Australia House! Favouritism and Viewer Manipulation EXPOSED!

When you watch a reality television series that is literally meant to be about one thing and one thing only - the genuine, uncensored reality of strangers trapped in a small house, under 24/7 surveillance for your viewing pleasure - you expect just that! Despite this being the entire premise of iconic reality series Big Brother, the current season has been everything but that. It has been nothing more than a glorified soap opera. A disappointing trend since it's rebirth on Channel 9 in 2012.

With allegations of housemates Lisa and Jake being fed lines to create faux love triangle drama within a fairly obvious one-sided romance with Skye (what kind of desperate ratings ploy?? yikes!) you'd think the heads of Big Brother Australia would be doing whatever they could to prevent this ratings failing series from being exposed as the viewer manipulating really-not-real reality series that it quite possibility is!

Despite having a tight enough grip on the housemates within the house to have housemates poorly acting scenes, that grip was not tight enough to prevent first evictee, Gemma, from exposing herself as not only real life buddy of last year's winner Tim Dormer, but also actual irl friend of fellow housemate Jake. What makes this even more of a mess? Jake is Tim's actual housemate - as EXPOSED by Behind Big ( http://www.behindbigbrother.com/2014/09/new-housemate-jake-richardson-tim-dormers-real-life-flatmate/ ) Brother last month!!

Find it curious why despite the housemate pairs stunt being heavily promoted, it was quickly dismissed? And why the first eviction didn't actually result in a pair being evicted? Well, why would it when the sure bet first evicted pair was to be the very people well known to a certain noodle haired show-pony BBAU producers were to desperate to have back on the show as another desperate attempt for ratings? Was Jake saved as a desperate attempt to ensure Tim appeared on the show? Despite Jake quite apparently not being Skye's way inclined, will the producers of BBAU continue to try and manipulate viewers into believing there is a dramatic romance story going on within the house? Will Jake continue to be favoured, and saved from eviction as a favour? Will we ever know the REALITY of this years Big Brother Australia house? Conspiracies! Scandal! Drama!

One thing we can bet Gretel Killeen would definitely say - It's time to go... viewer manipulation!

"Gemma Kinghorn said during her exit interview with Sonia Kruger that she understood why the housemates chose Jake ahead of her.

Dr Shallcross said that response was a typical response counsellors hear from women who have suffered domestic violence because they blame themselves for the way they are treated.

“She’s blaming herself which is typical victim behaviour, like domestic violence,” she said."

that's not even OTT i don't know if there's a word in any language to describe how fucking exagerated and dramatic this is
