Academy Fantasia 7 Thailand
« on: July 18, 2010, 03:59:11 PM »
Three weeks ago, one of the most succesfull reality show in Thailand has started with 12 new contestants. They are:

Meen (V1)
Grape (V2)
Ben (V3)
New (V4)
Natty (V5)
Namkang (V6)
Pum (V7)
Green (V8)
Paprae (V9)
Boss (V10)
Mark (V11)
Por (V12)

But this season has started with a huge controversy about Mark (V11). Before Academy Fantasia, he posted some comments on his Facebook page against the Prime Minister. Due to the controversy about his comments, he was not allowed to sing in the first Live Show, however the producers decided that he would not be ejected from the show, because he had posted the comments before he was selected as one of the 12 contestants, and so he had not broken the rules of the show, which forbid contestants from expressing political views for the duration of the show.

Finally last Wednesday, Mark decided to quite from the game and he said he was willing to apologise to PM for insulting him on his Facebook page. He was the most popular contestant so far with more than 12% of the votes, and the others were below 10%.

Now it was announced that Mark has been accused of posting comments defamatory to the highest institution.

Last Saturday, when it was officially announced that Mark left the show, New, Green and Pepear were in the BOTTOM3 and it was revealed that Green received the least votes, however he was the one who received immunity, so he wasn't evicted

Also on Monday, a new contestant arrived to the Academy as Mark's replacement, he is Ton

And the current results of the vote:

19.33% New
14.30% Por
13.50% Pump
9.85% Boss
8.98% Ben
8.22% Ton
6.12% Peapar
6.02% Grave
5.44% Namkang
3.30% Green
2.59% Natty
2.35% Min

The BOTTOM3 from this week was: Boss, Grave and Natty

Then the jury gave immunity to Natty, and it was revealed that she received the least votes, so it was a no-elimination week

No. This is the "La Academia" version, which is pretty similiar to "Dream Academy"

The idea is the same, the contestants live together in a house and there is a weekley live show.

Grape, Meen and Namkang were in the BOTTOM 3 this week. The jury gave immunity to Meen, and it was revealed that Meen received the least votes, so she was saved.

It's the 3rd time this season that it's a no-elimination week

Finally, after 3 weeks without eviction, the first person was evicted tonight.

Green, Meen and Paprae were in the BOTTOM3. The jury gave immunity to Green, and finally it was revealed that Meen received the lowest votes, so she was evicted
