Without a surprise, HRISTINA is the 9th housemate to be evicted. Stella is the last female contestant in the house  >:(

Do you think Stella will do OK or is she next out if she's up?
I think she will be on the finals. She has a really good friendship with Giorgos and Antonis, and I think with Giannis F too, so she'll be safe for the nominations. I guess Alexis and Elias will be up for eviction this week

And I'm not sure what will happen if she's up, but I don't think she will survive against any of the guys

The housemates voted for two housemates they would like to return to the house. They had to vote for one male and one female, and the two with the most votes would return.

The ex housemates who took part in the vote were Mihalis, Ntoreta, Evelina, Nara, Nikoleta, Maria, Hristina, Valentina and Giannis L.

Antonis voted for Giannis L. and Evelina
Alexis voted for Mihalis and Hristina
Giannis F. voted for Giannis L. and Maria (He originally voted for Giannis L. and Mihalis, as it appears he did not completely understand the rules)
Giorgos voted for Giannis L. and Valentina
Elias voted for Mihalis and Evelina
Stella voted for Mihalis and Nara

Mihalis - 3
Giannis L. - 3

Leader Elias had to choose who of the two should return as the votes were tied. He decided Mihalis should return.

Evelina - 2
Hristina - 1
Nara - 1
Maria - 1
Valentina - 1
Ntoreta - 0
Nikoleta - 0

This season is going to be BB5 Greece 2.0 with the same housemates during all season.

I'm evicted, I'm reenter into house. I'm evicted, I'm reenter into house.

There were no nominations yesterday, and instead of voting to evict a housemate, the public are voting for who they would like to see win a car. It'll be a pretty good indication of who will go on to win the show.

The housemates nominated for eviction this week are Alexis and Mihalis.

Alexis nominated Giannis F. and Giorgos
Antonis nominated Mihalis and Alexis
Giannis F. nominated Mihalis and Alexis
Giorgos nominated Mihalis and Alexis
Evelina nominated Giorgos and Stella
Elias nominated Alexis and Stella
Mihalis nominated Giorgos and Giannis F.
Stella nominated Elias and Mihalis

Mihalis - 5
Alexis - 4

Giorgos - 3
Giannis F. - 2
Elias - 2
Stella - 2

The leader for the last week, Elias, was given the power to grant a housemate immunity from these nominations. He chose Evelina.

Stella, who is the leader for this week, awarded 2 points for her nominations rather than the usual 1.

Any idea on who won the car??
And any word how the show is doing in terms of ratings? Hopefully we'll have another BB Greece in the future.

I can't work it out as although voting clearly finished, it seems it wasn't announced on the website in any of the news stories. Maybe it will be announced in the final so it doesn't adversely affect any person's chances to win.

Also on Sunday, Giorgos did get to speak to his mother in the diary room, and Elias met his two nephews from London in the studio, which was nice as he thought they were actually in London (hence the background in the picture below).

I think the ratings are good, although it's not the most watched show in Greece, it's always on the TOP5

You can find all the numbers here: http://www.agb.gr/gr/data/default.htm

Just a bit of extra information about the Launch show (only about 80 days late  ;D ;D)

It seems that on the Launch, Alexis and Giannis F. entered the White Room with another candidate called Dimitris. Elina, Nikoleta and Ntoreta each asked a question and then decided that Alexis should enter the house. Giannis F. entered the house a while later, I don't know whether he was chosen by the girls or Alexis. So that is why there was information for Dimitris on the website on the launch that was deleted later.

Mihalis has been evicted from the house for the second time.

Alexis, Giorgos and Evelina are the nominees for this week.

Alexis nominated Giorgos and Giannis F.
Antonis nominated Alexis and Evelina
Giannis F. nominated Evelina and Alexis
Giorgos nominated Alexis and Evelina
Elias nominated Giorgos and Alexis
Evelina nominated Giorgos and Giannis F.
Stella was banned from nominating this week.

Leader Giorgos decided not to make anyone immune.

Alexis - 4
Evelina - 3
Giorgos - 3

Giannis F. - 2

I'm not really sure why Stella was banned, as the translation is not so clear. Here is the translation - "Stella did not vote mandated by Big Brother because he tried to hide the words in various living with ... it was rough in front of a pillow."

Edit - according to the wikipedia article on this series, Stella was also immune from this round of nominations. There is no mention of this yet on the official website though.

LOL please don't confuse he and she as well - we are already too many people don't that here and there are too few women left on this edition anyway ;)

I really hope Evelina doesn't go, she wasn't evicted on first time anyway and I am praying that for once two woman will make it far in this, when it comes to reality tv, really sexist country.

Yes, it's true, but I don't know why  ???

In the voting section, it says: "Η ΨΗΦΟΦΟΡΙΑ ΓΙΑ ΑΥΤΗ ΤΗΝ ΕΒΔΟΜΑΔΑ ΑΚΥΡΩΝΕΤΑΙ" ("VOTING FOR THIS WEEK CANCELLED")

No idea why the eviction is cancelled, it looks like they're going to have a lot of housemates in the final whenever that may be.

In semi related news, yesterday Giannis F. was allowed to see his girlfriend and he asked her to marry him. ;D

Also yesterday the housemates voted that Alexis should be the Leader of the house for the week.

According to Wikipedia:

Giorgos was left the house. That probably explains why the eviction was canceled.
Why he left? Not sure yet.

Yes, Giorgos left the house on Tuesday (Day 93) and so the eviction that was to take place today was cancelled.

ALEXIS = Giannis F & Antonis
EVELINA = Stella & Antonis
ANTONIS = Alexis & Evelina
ELIAS = Alexis & Antonis
GIANNIS F = Stella & Evelina

Leader Alexis decided not to make anyone immune, so he was nominated by BB

Evelina: 3
Giannis F: 1

This is actually the first time Antonis has been nominated by the housemates - he was nominated the day Nara was evicted and Alexis returned as he was leader and decided not to save a nominee.

Hello friends! :)

I just found out about BB Greece two days ago. I speak Greek and I'm downloading all the shows and planning to start translating them in English, if there's time and the process is not too involved. I'm currently downloading/watching Day 6, so I'm very behind at this time, so I can't tell you guys what's going on on the current shows.

I'm doing webrips of the shows from the official TV channel AlphaTV.GR, which means the vids are low quality, not the best sound, etc. All the links to the videos are neatly listed on another site, here:
http://www.livemovies.gr/shows/big-brother

The major situations for the first week in case you don't know already, is that there's a secret mission for Gianni L and his girlfriend Valentina, the girl with the red curly hair, to keep it from the other housemates that they're a real life couple. Stella was also told by BB about this secret (I can't figure out why) and BB asked her to make sure the other two keep it a secret. The punishment for letting others know is immediate nomination.

The cameras are not recording between 6:00 am and 7:00 am each day, like they do in BB Germany. You've probably seen the tree that talks in the yard too. They are also allowed to sing, probably because copyright law is not much respected in Greece. :)

Their regular weekly budget is 700 euro for the 14 initial people. 8 people smoke and each pack costs 10 euro. I really like the smoking shed in the yard. That was smart. Only one can be in it at a time.

Elina, the blonde with the big boobs who was doing splits in the pool, is a Chemistry student. That should remind BB US fans of another floozie in a previous US season :)

I'll be happy to answer any questions from the first week for now... I'm getting as many shows as I can, as much work and real life allows.

Thanks for all the info this site is providing for the hard core BB fans and I'll be glad to help out with this season of BB Greece. I hope other fans like the show too.

Talk to you soon :)
