Sebastian just failed on purpose when his sister entered the house. He will be the second one to be up for eviction this week.

Suvi today violated the rules of the Freeze-task, when her best friend visited.

So, thus far Mikael, Sebastian and Suvi will be up for eviction.

Yesterday there was a stripshow. 2 female strippers and a very known malestripper/porn actor performed. The HMs had a designated area, where to sit. Sebastian sat his back facing the stage. He doesn't like the idea of love being commercialized like that. Elina's first reaction was to try to comfort him, but he just pushed her away. Later he told Elina, that at that moment he thought it would be hypocritical for a representative of the procuction to do so. While Elina still is a part of the production, she's also a HM. Albeit a visiting HM, but still the same house rules apply to her as any other HM.

Elina is still hosting Extra while in the house. At least yesterday Extra was broadcasted live from the DR.

I could be wrong, but I don't think Elina is a housemate, I think she's just a guest.

I have been very critical of Sebastian in the past, but I was watching the live feed yesterday during the strip show and had a lot of sympathy for him. Big Brother should have respected his religious beliefs and not forced him to be present during a strip show.

They are addressing Elina as a housemate, including Big Brother. Though at the same time she's still working. Doesn't matter though, as everyone knows the deal. And Elina is not quite as equal as the other HMs, she is using the bathroom in the extra room. No-one else is allowed to enter the room.

Sebastian did apologize to Elina for his strong reaction. And Elina agreed with Sebastian, that a line was crossed during the stripshow. Not sure if she meant the stripper, who tried to give a personal dance for Sebastian. Or the whole night.

Also, an update to the Freeze-task. Today friends of Rami and Annika visited (so far). Annika failed to stand still, therefore she's the 4th HM to be up for eviction this week.

Here's a bit more about that:

http://the-site.dk/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=39757#p39757

And here's the incident and Sebastian's reaction to it (halfway into the show), and immediately after the strip show the scene with Sebastian and crying Elina in the bedroom:

www.bigbrother.fi/videot.shtml/1430145/big-brother

Honestly, I would not have thought someone from production would be crying in the house already on her second day... but it just goes to show the pressure and emotions there really do run high.

Also, an update to the Freeze-task. Today friends of Rami and Annika visited (so far). Annika failed to stand still, therefore she's the 4th HM to be up for eviction this week.

Veera is also nominated for the same reason. I think she's the likely evictee of these five. (Sebastian, Mikael, Annika, Suvi, Veera.)

In case you didn't see Janica during the "freeze" task when her friend visited the house, check it out here (quite an emotional moment):

As said before Mikael, Annika, Sebastian, Suvi and Veera are up for eviction. This week it's a double-eviction.

Our friends from Finland have said that Mikael is going nowhere on Sunday and Sebastian is unlikely to be evicted before the final, so it looks like it will be 2 of Annika, Suvi or Veera evicted on Sunday.

I'm guessing Veera and Suvi. Seems like for some reason Annika has a lot of people voting for her. The first graphics showed Mikael and Veera going, but this was shown about 5 minutes after the voting started. It's likely to change before Sunday's live show.

They all went to bed early today. Friday night and no party :(

The thing that got me hooked on BB Finland in the early years was the parties, with all the housemates getting drunk almost every night and getting up to crazy things.

This year's housemates have been a lot more boring. It's rare that they go in the pool and sauna more than once a week, they seem to spend most of the time in bed. I want the old Big Brother Finland back please.

Sebastian will remain until the final night unless he walks out voluntarily. Veera is almost guaranteed to go home tonight. She's been quite far from the center of attention since the aftermath of the harem week and Salar's departure. It's hard to see how she could have gathered too many fans as she has lately been relatively invisible.

It is going to be interesting to see how Mikael will fare. His popularity hasn't been tested since the second week. Some viewers don't like it how he's been treating Tanja with some sort of contempt, constantly giving her his two points just because he does not like her style of self-expression - or maybe because they're both the unlikely "closet intellectuals" of the house and Mikael finds Tanja a threat in that regard on some unconscious level? There have also been voices condemning his (and Ben's) over-eager attempts at impressing Elina. Another thing about Mikael is he never wants to discuss anything serious but insists on avoiding "needless blathering": in fact, he has flat out said he can't stand any deeper discussion about emotions and feelings, at least not while they're in the house. Annika has resigned to waiting for the answers till they're both out of the house. Mikael can be pretty mysterious and reluctant of talking about many things. (This puts some strain on their in-house relationship, though, as it's quite hard to get any direct answers out of him.)

Annika is one of those housemates who divides opinions the most this season. She seems to have a significant number of supporters (who admit she has some issues but overall like her as a person) but also a lot of haters (who can't stand anything about her). Since it seems her main "adversary" as far as the fanbase goes is Janica (who is not nominated this time) and since there are no minus votes, and also since Annika has been quite popular in the earlier votes, she has a pretty good chance of remaining in the house but it's not guaranteed.

Many viewers do like Suvi as a honest (in her opinions) and emphatetic person even though they find she's far too open and frank about every morbid detail of her sex life, female ailments and family matters. Lately she's been complaining a lot about headaches, strained ankle and whatnot and we have also found out she can have emotional breakdowns about both hearing (but not being able to dance to it) and not hearing music in the house. There's clearly a segment of viewers who like Suvi the most but she still might be going home tonight.

Since the eviction show is based on milking votes with misleading and manipulative (and some suspect all fake) intermediate voting results bar charts, it is always possible that someone who had initially gathered fairly many votes and an impressively tall support bar may eventually end up falling behind the others and evicted just because his or her fans stopped voting too early, thinking their favorite was safe. So there's potential of it becoming an interesting battle between Mikael, Annika and Suvi. The result that seems the most likely to me is Veera and Suvi going out but I'm not counting out surprises.

This year's housemates have been a lot more boring. It's rare that they go in the pool and sauna more than once a week, they seem to spend most of the time in bed. I want the old Big Brother Finland back please.

This year, the producers (and a loud segment of fans) wanted more mature and diverse housemates, for a change. A couple of previous seasons were seen as having featured far too many 18-to-22-year-old party-oriented kids, some of them embarrassingly airheaded or just boring and shallow as persons.

I think the casting for this season was OK, save for a couple of misses plus the unfortunate "escape" of Tia and too early eviction of Oskar. But the overall chemistry of the housemates, as a group, is always going to be an enigma until the season starts, and it maybe hasn't been the best one this year. Also, this year has seen a record number of a bit dull in-house pairings (Mikael+Annika, Ben+Amanda, Salar+Veera) which have probably just helped stagnate the interactions between the HMs instead of making them more dynamic.

What is more, BB has been focusing (too much of?) his attention on the pairs and relationships. Many of the tasks (and even parties!) have been designed around the idea of built-in inequality, to create factions, discord and friction between the HMs... but that's getting a bit old and overdone by now. In whole, I think the season has been interesting but somewhat strained and tedious to watch as well. There's a lack of genuinely lighthearted, innocent, happy, sweet interaction between the HMs when compared to some of the previous seasons. This is a darker season where everything is a bit difficult and nerve-wrecking. Also - this being already the seventh season - many of the housemates are painfully aware of the pecularities and internal mechanics of the format and they are often able to predict future events all too well... even though this production has gone through some troubles to ensure at least some of their most obvious predictions are going to fail.

For next week's eviction, the public will nominate and the three with the lowest votes will face eviction from the housemates. The public vote to nominate will begin on Monday.

I think it will be hard to call which three will be nominated by the public. If it was a vote to save it would be pretty obvious Netta would be nominate, but as it's a vote to nominated I'm leaning towards Ben and Janica and someone else.

Assuming Mikael is immune and Sebastian has no chance of being nominated by the public, that leaves 3 out of 6 housemates - Ben, Janica, Neeta, Rami, Suvi & Tanja.

My prediction will be Ben, Rami and Tanja.

Mikael is back to being immune. I think Netta will be one of the 3. Can't really make any predictions at this point. Other than Sebastian being definately safe.

It is a vote to save this time. The three with the least amount of votes get nominated for eviction.
